Return Policy (USA)

We currently accept returns from the United States only.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. (Return method: mail)

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

How to Make a Return?

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back following the instructions provided. Packages without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect products: If you received a damaged item, the wrong product, or an item with defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For personal reasons: If you purchased the wrong item, wrong size, or no longer need the item, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used pillows and bedding products that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refund Process

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item quickly, please return the original item first and place a new order separately.
